EULA - End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ('Agreement') is a binding legal agreement between you, as an individual or entity, and Grebenyuk S.A.. By clicking the 'Accept' checkbox in the installer, downloading, installing, or using the Paving Design Expert (the 'Software'), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Agreement, do not check the 'Accept' box and do not use the Software. You agree that installation or use of the Software signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Agreement.

1. All copyrights to the Software are exclusively owned by Grebenyuk S.A..

2. The registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered Software may not be rented or leased.

3. All updates to the Software (new versions and bug fixes) are free for life following registration.

4. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. Grebenyuk S.A. has the exclusive right to distribute the Software. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the copyright holder. The Software shareware version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

7. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Grebenyuk S.A..

8. Purchasing, installing and using the Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove this Software from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
